U.S. orders $100+ ship free. We ship from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Please allow 3-7 business days for the order to ship, as all orders are custom made. Matilda Matriarch uses USPS as our shipping carrier and delivery times are estimated.
Items Eligible for Return:
Unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original condition could be returned within 14 days of purchase date.
Items with original tags and packaging intact.
Only clothing items are eligible for return.
Items that were not marked as final sale or clearance.
Return Process:
Contact our customer service team at information@matildamatriarch.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item(s).
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice. We recommend using a shipping service that provides insurance and tracking.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
Upon approval, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
We recommend retaining proof of postage and tracking information for your records.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired item(s).
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Final Sale and Clearance Items:
Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
International Returns:
International returns may be subject to additional shipping fees and customs duties. Customers are responsible for all associated costs.
